Who's excited for this? I AM. I was a massive detractor until everyone saw it and said it was AMAZING. I want to see it this weekend but no-one will go with me because they're twats.
Also: would seeing it in 2D be a waste of time? I think yes but I don't want to have to pay more than £3.50 to see it.

I just got back from seeing this in 3D. Fucking amazing. Seriously. One of the best blockbusters I've ever seen with such a positive message.
What are you doing reading this? Go see it!

I still have absolutely no desire to see this.
Up until like 4 hours ago Addie and I thought this was based on that Avatar: The Last Airbender show.

I swear, guys. the advertisements for this movie have nothing to do with the film I saw last night. you are not seeing what this movie is really about.

So the dialogue, plot, acting and characterisation was shit. Was very pretty to look at though, and Zoe Saldana was good. My flatmate who I saw it with is a music teacher and she said the soundtrack was for shit. The chord progression was exactly the same as Titanic. Speaking of
THE SEX SCENE
jesus christ no thank you
Although I would probs do Sam Worthington as a blue man but not as his real life self
Sam Wothington what is your accent situation sort it out mate.
The message was so fucking heavy handed yes ok James Cameron I can understand stuff you don't have to literally hit me in my face with your gaia message. EXCHANGE OF ENERGY THE PLANET IS ALIVE WE ARE ALL CONNECTED HUMANS ARE DICKS I am not an idiot James Cameron please trust me to understand
also it could def have benefitted from A FUCKING EDITOR. Cut that shit down James Cameron.
Shame it was the same plot as every disney film ever. MUFASA DIES AND SAM WORTHINGTON BECOMES THE LION KING.
These are my thoughts on the film by the way.

I swear, guys. the advertisements for this movie have nothing to do with the film I saw last night. you are not seeing what this movie is really about. Absolutely. I take back all the shit I said about this earlier in the year. It's an instant classic. WOW. Anyone who neglects to see this based on the trailers is wrong. See it, in theaters, in 3D. It's fantastic. Even with the typical James Cameron flaws (dialogue, plot) there's so much good that to focus on them seems like nitpicking. In fact, I think it actually benefits from having a simple story. I was so lost in every frame that a big, complex plot would have been too confusing.

Also, I love how the 3D wasn't too overbearing. It would have ruined the purpose and focus of the film. The subtleties came out and it felt like you were invited into the world of the Omaticaya people.
I didn't get bored. The dialogue, plot, etc didn't leave a sour taste in my mouth and the actual story was phenomenal. I just wanted to take giant screenshots home and stare at them for the longest time. So beautiful.
I will probably see this again. I didn't feel like I was in a theatre for 162 minutes. It was that good and I enjoyed it that much.
In case everyone's not getting it; GO SEE THIS FUCKING MOVIEDFSGFHTRW!
