I saw it totally last minute today and it was worth it. Spent like 2 hours discussing it with my friends afterwards haha.

Star Wars was pretty fun, and I say this as the most anti JJ Abrams person around.

First time I saw it, I didn't like it, but it's grown on me. Lots of really cute parts. My kids love it and watch it like at least 5x a week. "Can I come into the out now?"

Room. It's a great movie, but so emotionally draining.

Watched Snowpiercer last night after months of Alana bugging me about it. Still have no idea whether or not I liked it.

I felt exactly the same after I saw it hahahah. Landed on liking it though. Room. It's a great movie, but so emotionally draining. Dude for REAL. It was fantastic, but can you even imagine watching that as a parent / grandparent? Judas. That little boy was incredible, and I love Brie Larson.

just got home from Deadpool. loved it. I can't really think of anything I would have changed about it, but my fanboyism is probably clouding me. Sooo pumped for the sequel fucking CABLE confirmed in the post-credits scene! and while I am in spoiler mode, I laughed my ass off when Deadpool said he was gonna spell out Francis' name and did so with his own men's bodies lots of one liners everywhere, but i had a blast the whole time.

I did not watch as many films on the planes as I was hoping boo to sleeping. Way out (Malaysian airlines): Legend, Birdman, The Martian, Jurassic World, The Blind Side and the Maze Runner Way home (royal brunei airlines): 17 again, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Hunger Games 2, Concussion, In the Heart of the Ocean, The Big Short, Once Selection was better on Malaysian I think.

If you must watch The Wicker Man, spring for the Rifftrax. Actually, any movie that has Rifftrax available applies here.

Batman vs. Superman. It was a dumpster fire. I have been so torn on whether to even see this. On one hand, fuck Snyder with a shovel. On the other hand, Batman? I don't know.

It was the first Batman movie I've ever seen and I liked Ben Affleck in it, but the editing was so bad, I didn't know what was going on. And Jessie Eisenberg acted too much like Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka. It was distracting. Wonder Woman was awesome though.

In Time on FXM on demand starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried. And Cillian Murphy and a bunch of other notable people. It was really bad. But awesome at the same time. It was like they thought this thing was going to be a huge blockbuster/genre-defying thing, but it just fell flat. So many time puns. So good. My favorite line: "no one should be immortal, if even only one person has to die". wat? lololololol
Before that I saw 100 Bloody Acres on Netflix. Good stuff.
