Welker should be pretty lucrative.

Well I'm in a better mood than I thought I would be today. Let's hope it stays this way....

2nd week in and I already have 1000 questions. What happened to Kansas City? If Cam Newton controls himself, can Carolina go places? Is Fred Jackson really this good? And is Detroit gonna continually kick some ass?
2011 has me revved up, alright.

Cam has 800+ yards though the air. It took Clausen 10 games to get to that mark and yet we are 0-2. Ugh.

This game is a good example why San Diego will never be truly "elite". There's always a bit of mismanagement with that club. There have been a few decisions this game that seem inconsistent, and its the reason why they're losing by 13 at halftime.

Watching Vince Wilfork try to run back an INT made my day.

Yeah, this game should be a lot closer than it is but San Diego just keeps shooting themselves in the foot. How they allowed NE to drive 99 yards after failing to score from the 1 was pretty awful. Good for them they play in a shit division even if the Raiders look kind of decent.

Jamaal Charles has a torn ACL. The Chiefs are now locked into the Andrew Luck sweepstakes with Seattle.
I'm so glad it looks like we have a solid QB in Newton even if we end up with a top 5 pick.

I'll admit to having to eat my words on Newton. Even if they're 0-2, 800+ yards in your first two starts is fucking impressive.

I was completely against choosing him at #1 but he's played very well these first two games and at the very least, he's creating offense and putting drives together. Something Clausen failed miserably at. The problem is that he takes A LOT of risks, holds onto the ball forever and makes some really questionable throws because he's constantly going for the big play. That really killed him today but it's expected with a rookie. He's definitely played way better than I expected him too but I don't like how we are making him throw 40+ times a game. Hard to win when you're one-dimensional like that.

Also, San Diego's quietly developing a solid rushing attack with Mathews, Tolbert and Hester. I've been really impressed with those three. unfortunately Rivers is my fantasy QB and those three bastards are constantly vulturing away TD's from him and it's pissing me off. that and rivers looks like shit today FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUU

Haha, a first I was confused as to why you're using a spoiler tag. COREY IF YOU KNOW THE OUTCOME OF GAMES BEFORE HAND, YOU NEED TO TELL US.

I know fantasy football talk is frowned upon here so I didn't want to clutter the thread, haha.
I didn't see too many games today so I'm kind of shocked at how the Ravens gave up nearly 400 yards to Matt Hasselbeck.

And the Chargers are reversing their fortunes! Maybe they'll make me eat my words. And ya, Mathews is looking better, the supporting cast is looking fine... maybe they have a real product, there.

I left Law Firm on the bench and started Welker as my flex back instead. Goddammit.
That was a pretty great game, though. Kind of seemed like a typical Patriots victory if you know what I'm saying, haha.

So Romo answered his goat of the week performance by rallying them back at the end of regulation and in OT with a broken rib. Hell yes. Austin was a beast today, too.

Oh, did Romo come back out? Fierce! Kitna's INTs weren't gonna get it done.

At least everyone gets to see why I hate the Falcons so much.

Falcons are okay. It's always good to see the Eagles lose. There are always a disproportionate amount of Eagles fans in life (to the population of the city of Philadelphia, or any likability the city has) so anytime a team like that loses I'm in.

Thomas Davis re-tore his ACL. Ugh, that's three years in a row now so I think his career is done. This is also the fourth starter to be put on IR for us.

My wish every week is that Michael Vick is decapitated. It almost happened! ALMOST. So close. It's only week 2 so I'm very hopeful about this season.

I'm not sure there's anything in the world I care less about than football, yet I've found myself watching two Sunday's in a row, now. The first just so I could laugh at the rage of Twitter people during the comedy of errors that was the Cowboys/Jets game, and then last night just to watch the Eagles lose.
Good times.

Stay classy, Giants. Notice how two of them go down and then one gets up. Geez, if you're going to take a dive, at least make sure everyone's on the same page first.
