This movie seems fucked up and I really want to see it. Except I just saw a trailer where Natalie Portman has red eyes and pulls black things out of her skin. If she actually becomes an evil swan I will laugh heartily.

I wanted to go see it tonight and hoped it was playing at the movie theater 15 minutes from me but it was only playing downtown. Boo. C'mon internet people where is my leak?!
I really need to find out if she becomes a giant bird. I MUST KNOW.

Some of the comments on that video are hilarious/terrifyingly sad. But yes, I really, really want to see this movie.

I was gonna see it this weekend with my sister but then I found out the closest theatres right now are the Arclight in Hollywood and the Landmark in West LA (wtf is with the limited release bullshit?). She decided she didn't want to drive that far. I said we could ride bikes! I would do this if I went alone because I ride my bike (and rollerskate), don't drive no car. She said, "yeah if you want me to die". A couple months ago she said she was training for the triathalon.
After reading that there are lesbian scenes I think maybe I'll go by myself or find a 72-year-old Swiss woman. My sister's kind of lesbiophobic and I'd rather just avoid that with her.

I got two guy friends of mine to go watch it with me this Friday. I tried to sell them on the idea by explaining how Jackie and Natalie Portman bang each other but turns out they actually wanted to see it in general and had no idea about any sex scenes, haha.

I had to see it at some snooty upper west side theater tonight. A little over-hyped but it is also hard for me to take this movie super seriously so I giggled to myself a lot at scenes that are supposed to be crazy/serious/intense/whatever. Recommend to anyone who seems like they'd be interested in this but don't drag anyone along. One friend was bored out of his mind because he thought it would be more "thriller-y" and didn't give a shit about all the ballerinas/practice scenes/orchestra music. I enjoyed it though. And yes, she turns into a Swan. But not forreals it's apart of her dementia. Still kinda LOL worthy.

I loved this. it was so over the top and ridiculous, which made it so much more awesome. all of the performances were fantastic, especially Portman's. I missed the beginning though. did anything happen before the scene where the instructor told the story of swan lake while tapping the girls on the shoulder? I actually didn't laugh when she turned into a swan, hmm

I might have just had the giggles that day or something. I would chuckle/smirk to myself, I wasn't like laughing uproariously ruining the movie for everyone else, haha.

Natalie Portman did a really good job, like whoa. I thought the movie was pretty good.. the only thing I can't stand, and this is just a personal thing.. it's when there's a lot of nail clipping and chipping going on. oh god, and then there's blood that results from it... I cannot stand that shit... for me, that stuff is too gruesome. But again, that's just because it gets my stomach in knots... haha. Doesn't really make the movie shitty or anything.

This is like everything I could ever want in a movie except for Natalie Portman (who annoys me with such an intensity I can't even really explain it.) Should I see it anyway y/n
EDIT: Mila Kunis is in it! Will probably see it this week.

So a couple months ago I had this dream that I plucked a feather off of my stomach and it was SUPER DISGUSTING and the image has stuck with me sooo bad. It still creeps me out so much to think of it. Like, I physically shudder, it's so bad.
That being said:
THIS MOVIE MADE ME SO FUCKING UNCOMFORTABLE. JESUS. FUCKING. CHRIST.

Finally saw this. I really liked it. I thought the fact that it was over the top made it so much better. I was tense the ENTIRE time, I couldn't relax. All of the "gory" parts made me cringe, and all of the "scary" parts made me jump. A movie hasn't made me feel that way in a while. So yeah, loved it.

Aight, it's been a little over 24 hours since I saw it, and I've calmed down from the creepiness and now I just want to watch it again. I've been thinking about it a lot, which...I never do. But I think this film is pretty fucking amazing.

Saw a preview tonight.
Absolutely stunning. I've been embargoed by Fox and can't actually say anything until the week of release (21st over here). I loved it though.
Stay tuned for a review !
