I do, but I only watch it when they're showing a game or some documentary (that 100 Greatest Players countdown they have going is way cool).

I hate that NFL.com got rid of the highlights with the radio feed and I have to listen to the Gameday ones instead. They get the worst fucking people for those. Michael Irvin, Warren Sapp, Charles Davis, Marshall Faulk. Great players, terrible analysts. I like Playbook, though.

It was against a shitty Bucs team too. I laughed so hard when I saw the ball go off Grimm's hands and into Wallace's for the TD. Mendenhall did most of the work but Batch had a few really nice plays. Bills cut Trent Edwards. That was long overdue. who on the bills' roster shouldnt be cut

The Bills are still horrible, and this year will be where we can look back in history and say, "Yeah, that's when they decided to sell the team."

I love how all the analysts are acting like they knew all along that Batch would be really good. just wanna add that jaws is a fucktard who complimented a hit that resulted in a concussion

I haven't watched a Bills game yet, but I didn't think they were that awful. Miami and New England at least seemed to fight for a win. I mean, I expect them to be terrible, but the scores don't exactly reflect that (save the Green Bay game).
Speaking Green Bay... penalties. Every game I watch this year is filled to the brim with penalties. This was one of those games where I didn't disagree with most of them, but man... another team that just outplays themselves.

Ew. They really deserved to lose. 2 personal fouls in 3 plays (I think it was)? wtf? One holding call that basically killed a drive plus another holding call that took back a TD. Such fucking stupidity. Hooray for penalty records.
The Bills weren't too horrible, honestly. They obviously don't have a team chock full of super stars but they did pretty well considering.

The Bills put up a good fight against the Pats. I think they'll be more competitive with Fitzpatrick seeing how he actually tries to win where all Edwards does is throw checkdowns and run out of bounds.
Wonder if they'll be open to trade one of those running backs to Green Bay. They said last week that they're not trading Lynch, though.

The last two minutes of the Ravens/Steelers game was so intense. Awesome.

0-4 and we almost beat the Saints. The defense played well in the red zone and Clausen is improving. I am so sick of losing games like this though. We had it in field goal range and DeAngelo decided to try to break to the outside for a huge run, ended up losing 4 yards and took us out of field goal range. Your welcome, Saints.

Kolb looks awful. How he was ever the QB is a Reid system is beyond me.

I don't know if Kolb's arm is weak or if the Eagles called all of these bullshit screens and checkdowns because they're worried he will fuck up. All he's got to do is get the ball to DeSean Jackson and that would make things a lot easier.

I can't imagine Reid was making all those calls. Kolb would get around 5 seconds in the pocket looking downfield and just decide the 3 yard gain was better. Which I can understand, to a point--but on the final drive? Just awful decisions.

Poor Kolb. Never given a chance.
Go Texans! My fantasy week was fucked when Johnson and the New Orleans running back didn't play, though.

He will get his chance now since Vick has 3 broken ribs. I don't know how long he will last behind that Eagles O-line though. I think he might have another concussion soon.
Can't believe the Jaguars beat the Colts.

I can't believe your Panthers let New Orleans off the hook; best game they've played this year! It was a great performance by the defense. They allowed the Saints to drive down the field a lot but they didn't give up any big plays and only allowed 16 points. Unfortunately, the offense still sucks. Yar.

Looking forward to tonight's game. Hoping its a gunslinging affair, with some wildcat to mix things up.

ha, last night was too weird. And funny. Jay Cutler is so god damn terribly put together (his face, I mean).
It worries me that the Lions were able to come back so well. WTF Packers? I haven't caught more than 2 highlights though so maybe tonight or I will find them online.

I'm still wrapping my head around the fact that we're leading the NFC East. All it took was Orakpo being held for two straight games and actually getting called on it on a final play, and Avant apparently not wanting to catch a game winning pass. Here, D. Hall. You can have it. I'll fucking take it though, considering we now get Green Bay and Indy. Urf.

Watching the games this evening has made me really excited about football this year. My parents have always been huge American football fans and we all have a favourite team at home. My dad roots for Denver, my mum for New Orleans, and my sister for Miami. I chose Oakland when I was like 14 but at this rate I'm starting to think I need to pick someone else, hah.
Anyway I'll be lurking this thread a lot.
