This weekend has Texan choke job written all over it. I hope they fucking stick it to the Cowboys, though. Man I fucking hate that city.
If nothing else, the Texans biggest weakness (pass defense) means Tony Romo will have to beat us. And when you put the game in Romo's hands it always benefits your team.

Texans seem legit. I chalk up last week's short-comings to the over-emotional victory the week before.
Can we please have some 0 - 3 Cowboys? I'd die laughing.

Week 1 had Texans choke job written all over it as well and they won that game. Romo might have a field day against that young pass defense, though. He hasn't been bad this year but the Texans gave up 400+ passing yards their first two weeks and still won. Guess it depends on if the Dallas D can stop the Texans offense.

Week 1 had Texans choke job written all over it as well and they won that game. No, they were picked to lose week one. They always show up strong when picked to lose. Anytime they're supposed to be the better team- that's when they show up terrible.

I thought a Texans chokejob was them blowing a lead in some bizarre way or losing on a last second field goal.

I can't believe I'm benching Hines Ward to start Joey Galloway... is that as bad as it sounds?

I've always liked Peyton Hillis. He's had a few really good runs today for the Browns. Too bad the rest of the team isn't that good.
They just tried to use Josh Cribbs as a running back and it failed miserably.

I started Hillis today. He's been really solid and Harrison seems like a fluke from last season's end. I mean, anyone rushing over 4 yards a carry against the Ravens is a winner in my book.

Well, he's got a good chunk of yards because the Browns have gone to him 12 times already. Their defense sucks though. Now Flacco is looking like last year haha.
and here's my obligatory "fuck this Panthers team" post.

I had Lance Moore on my team all last year and he did a whole lot of nothing. Look at him now, lol.
Drew Brees was 2/3 for 2 TDs at one point. Hilarious.
EDIT: Fuck yeah, Hillis! Seal that starting position!

Charlie Batch's good stats are such a joke. Is anyone else watching these highlights? Each of his TDs could easily have been picks if the Bucs had competent DBs (which makes the suspension of Tannard Jackson even more painful).
EDIT: Man, Eli Manning can't get a break.

TD Jonathan Stewart. Now that's more like it. History says I shouldn't get my hopes up about the rest of the game though.
Browns/Ravens has been a great game so far. Browns are looking pretty impressive.

lol Browns leading 17-14. Was a good fake by Wallace. Eric Wright is still getting abused by Anquan Boldin, though so the Ravens can get back into it.

Speaking of Boldin... maybe they should just double-team him the rest of the day. Good lord.

I hope Sean Payton put a nail in the coffin of that whole "icing the kicker" bullshit. Called a timeout on a kick that got blocked, then Bryant made the second attempt to win it.

So...the Chiefs are 3-0 after beating the piss out of the Niners. Yeah..I don't know how that happened.

Phillip Rivers should get, like, 50 points for having to redo those tries over and over. This game is so absurd.
EDIT: Special teams, FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

If Pittsburgh's first loss is with Big Ben, think we'll have yet another QB controversy?
Ya, I don't think so either.

I love how all the analysts are acting like they knew all along that Batch would be really good.

It was against a shitty Bucs team too. I laughed so hard when I saw the ball go off Grimm's hands and into Wallace's for the TD. Mendenhall did most of the work but Batch had a few really nice plays.
Bills cut Trent Edwards. That was long overdue.

aye, Nick. Do you have NFL network? Some of the dudes on the shows (Sterling Sharpe) drive me batty with their mindless babble.
For memories:
