Rivers is my fantasy QB.
:/
FUCKING RAIN. He throws a normal game today and I win without a second thought.

Looks like he's starting to get back into it. Not sure if the Chiefs are stupid enough not to have three guys covering Gates while leaving Nane wide open. That and the Chiefs really haven't done much on offense aside from the few big plays. Cassel's noodle arm is worse in the rain.

Tolbert really is a bowling ball. He must have shook 7 tackles on that run. Geez...

HAHAHAHAHAHA. 3/4 of my survival pool are eliminated now. Who would have thought picking the Cardinals instead of the Chargers was a smart move. Good to see Glenn Dorsey finally be useful.

Ya, almost all of my survival pool is gone. Colts, 49ers, Jets... week one was as weird as they get.

awww good for the Chiefs. I fell asleep at the start of the fourth quarter and woke up after it was over. Oh well! Sounds like I didn't miss much after that. Wooo I hate Phillip Rivers.
time to start visiting KissingSuzyKolber again, eh!

No offense, but your league really needs to work on your survival picks.. aside from SF, all of those are games I would have avoided. I have a feeling the Chargers are going to give Vincent Jackson and Marcus McNeil their money now.

And I took Cleveland, so I have no room to speak. Looks like it could be a long season for Jamaal Charles fantasy owners. None of the reports I read claimed that carries were gonna be split so evenly, but it sure looks that way. Then again, the heavy rain might have affected that decision.

The Chiefs playcalling was terrible last night. The fact that they were using Charles as a 3rd down back was terrible. He needs a lot more than 11 touches per game. Use Jones as a third down back instead.
Charles 11 car 92 yds TD Jones 11 car 38 yds
Granted, 56 of those yards were on that TD run but still, I'd rather give him the ball anyday.
Bob Sanders, Ryan Grant and Kris Jenkins gone for the year. Good chance that Jenkins career is over.

Just saw the Grant thing. His injury didn't look as harsh as half the Phili injuries, but ankles are so damn fragile when being rolled over like that. I wonder if Brandon Jackson will get many touches at all; I have a feeling the Pack might lean more on Rodgers than ever.

According to Adam Schefter, Bob Sanders is out indefinitely, possibly for the season. Is this a new record for him?

If not the record, its certainly close!
Laurence Maroney traded to the Patriots. The world continues not to care.

He probably wont be a Colt next year. Hard to keep giving a money to a guy whose constantly injured.
Good for the Pats for getting rid of him. That's one drafting mistake they made.

Who's available in your league and who are your other running backs?

Jets and Ravens is brutal. So much hard hitting. NUMBA 52! Wow. Flacco looks like garbage. Total fucking garbage. Yes. Picked up at the end, which is good. I've always liked him because he's so stoic and collected, but he looked like he was on fucking quaaludes for a good half of the game. Wtf, man. Yes. I know we're over this game, but I haven't checked this thread in a while. Also I haven't been able to watch any other games besides this one. D:

He was playing against a really tough defense so I guess he's bound to struggle then. I did notice the Jets were sending a blitz in on every 3rd down and Flacco managed to pick it up and make them pay for it...sorta. Had the help of numerous penalties. Guess we'll see if he's any better against the Bengals. I know Rice should look a lot better at least.

Leonard Weaver is also out for the year with a knee injury, don't look for the video of his injury, it was McGahee-ian. Who's available in your league and who are your other running backs? Already made a trade for Knowshon Moreno (traded away Steve Smith). btw, best of luck this season. We're gonna be mortal enemies, just want you to know no hard feelings

It's alright. Panthers aren't going to do shit so I know not to get my hopes up, haha.
I picked up Vick in my league since he's getting the start and playing the Lions. Plus, Flacco is my QB and my back-up's on IR.

Sorry I didn't fill a spot and do fantasy this year, guys. or...did you even have one for our board? haha. Just doing a "u-pick-em" with the local tv station. If you do well enough, you win prizes like restaurant gift cards or NFL fatheads (that is this week's prize!).
I won't get to watch the GB game this week but it's the Bills so uhhh we know how that will turn out.

If we did then I didn't show up for the draft. I'm already in two other leagues, haha. Packers are my survival pick this week. It's the fucking Bills..should be easy enough.

I know it's only week 2 but I'm just going to say this; I fucking HATE this Panthers team. Richardson's cheapskate tactics are going to put us in a hole that we can't get out of.

This Vikings v. Dolphins game is beyond words. Every time Favre throws an interception, Miami fumbles the next play. You can't just let a guy off the hook like that, even if he's sliding past 40.

Ugh, guess it's good that I've already written this season off.
This Ravens/Bengals game has been entertaining though. Classic AFC North showdown.
