My roommate showed me that last night. Its pretty awesome.
Believe it or fucking not, I'm about to jump off the Gaga train. I found stuff I could relate to on Fame and Fame Monster, but Judas and Born This Way are already getting kind of bleh for me. Its too straightforward. And I seriously think that shitty album cover is legit which just pisses me off. Like, I'm sure she has some meaning to it, whatever it is, but I feel it could've been portrayed a hell of a lot better with something other than an amateur photoshop job. Even some of her more recent interviews have been just annoying.
We'll see how I feel when Born This Way comes out.

I still don't understand why the album is coming out months after the title track. Who does that.

Totally confused by all the God stuff and complete denial of it sounding like Express Yourself.

I'm going to be completely honest and this is not because I'm a huge Gaga fan: I really don't hear that much of Express Yourself in Born This Way. I really don't. The beat's the same, the chord progression is kind of the same, but I don't really hear it that much. I hear bits and pieces from BTW that are similar to EY, but its not blatantly obvious to me. Granted, I wasn't too familiar with EY before BTW. I may have only heard it once or twice. Honestly, "Judas" sounds like this one particular early 90s club song, but I don't know the name of it. I'll point it out if I can find it.
Other than that, Gaga is starting to irritate me a bit. The arrogance is getting a little overbearing. I've read that article Dave posted and it mentions something about Gaga retaliating against Madonna after Madonna posted her EY video after BTW was released. Gaga did some shit as kind of a "fuck you" to Madonna. Really, dude?

If I hadn't heard Express Yourself until after I heard Born This Way I probably wouldn't hear it either but it's really, really similar. Whenever I hear Born This Way I end up thinking Express Yourself lyrics in my head.

Yeah, Lady Gaga is starting to irritate me. I really don't care for Judas at all, and just reading interviews with her anymore is frustrating. The fame has gotten to her head. That's why I'm really glad I went to see her Fame Monster tour, because for some reason I knew I wasn't going to be as big of a fan after it. Oh well. I just hope she doesn't go too crazy. What is up with all her God and Jesus talk anyway? Blah.

If God told you to call people Oriental then God can get fucked. Same for God telling her that social class is predetermined at "creation."

I actually really like the Judas video; it made me like the song a lot more and I find it way more interesting than the Born This Way video.

I'm really digging on cornrowed Jesus. I thought that the video was a little less inflamatory than I was expecting, and quite a bit more boring. I'd have liked to seen a more detailed narrative I guess. I agree with Tommy though, she looks great.

I was bored so I watched the concert film she did at Madison Square Garden on HBO, and it was pretty damn entertaining. The best part is the credits, because it shows her rehearsing "Born This Way" acapella, and holy SHIT she can sing.

If she did, it would probably sound like Captain Beefheart or something.
Watching that concert was a mistake. I've had various songs stuck in my head since then, and I swear to fucking god if they don't leave I'm going to get them out with a bullet.

The new song reminds me of some sort of mix between Bonnie Tyler and Cher's "Life After Love". Not really digging it at all.

In Edge of Glory, towards the end it sounds like a fucking TV theme song (3:18 in the video above). But I still like it overall.
