aka extending my perpetual adolescence.
Honestly I watch cartoons allll the time. Right now i'm watching Scooby Doo before heading off to work. I'd rather watch that than daytime television. Also, cartoon network added a Looney Toons block recently that i'm loving.
Yes I know i'm pathetic. What are your favorites?

Haha. I was watching Looney Tunes on Cartoon Network a couple days ago. Nothing pathetic about awesome, classic cartoons.

I know this only sorta counts and really isn't the kind of cartoon you guys are talking about, but my nephew (who I live with) watches Blue's Clues nonstop and holy damn I love that show. Even if he isn't watching it directly, he demands it be on in the background so we still have to watch it if he is present. Solid show. Would do Steve.

You know what? I'd do Joe, too.

Ummm, obviously The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack (Old Avatar) Spongebob was a pretty big hit during my Elementary years. As far as more adult cartoons, there are the Simpsons, Futurama, and Family Guy. Cartoons own me. Beavis and Butthead is by far my favorite though.

Did anyone ever watch Pirates of Dark Water? I think it was on Fox, early 90s. I loved that show.
The old X-Men where Jubilee was introduced was the best series ever. The storyline was just better than everything else out there.

They play one Steve and one Joe episode every day so I'm satisfied enough.

I like old Goofy cartoons a lot. Donald cartoons rock, as well.

I can't tell whether you're being serious or not but please, don't turn this into the 8th billion 90s Nickelodeon thread.

I am, and those shows ruled. I don't give a shit about Nickelodeon, Rugrats was bullshit. but the quality of animation on those two shows should be recognized.

Ren and Stimpy never interested me. Rocko's Modern Life was awesome.
Gummi Bears was a great show. I always wanted to get some of that potion that makes you bounce all flubber-like.
EDIT: Totally forgot, anyone remember Dino Riders? That show kicked ass! I always liked cartoons more that had a running plot and this one was just endlessly cool! Space explorers! Dinosaurs! Evil Lizard-People?! What's not to love?

They play one Steve and one Joe episode every day so I'm satisfied enough. Wiki tells me they stopped filming new shows in 06. I still watch Spongebob often. I also often watch Batman: The Animated Series since I have those on DVD.

For some reason, I always get into arguments about whether Darkwing Duck was better than Bonkers. They came on back-to-back, but otherwise, why compare the two?
Street Sharks, Food Fighters, and SWAT Kats weren't great, but I still enjoyed them.

My grandma used to record cartoons for me when I was young, so I have tons of them just laying around the house. Just watched one last night with some friends. TMNT and Rescue Rangers, hell yeah!

What the fuck Darkwing Duck is a billion times better than Bonkers. Stupid question. Darkwing Duck was my first crush ever. I downloaded every episode of Hey Arnold a month or so ago and last night I watched a bunch of episodes. Fuck everything I love that show. They had a Veteran's Day episode with Hitler in it. What kids cartoon gets away with having Hitler on it anymore?!
