Great show, or the greatest show? For the uninitiated, it's a British car show that's kind of a mix between Motor Trend magazine and Mythbusters. They test drive new cars, and also do fucking ridiculous stunts/experiments. Favorite host (I'm sorry, presenter)? Favorite moments? Mine are probably:
-The caravan holiday -The road trip through the South (one of the best, funniest pieces of television I've ever seen) -Attaching rockets to a Mini and firing it off a ski jump -Turning cars into boats -The showdown with the hosts of the German show (including the amazing/hilarious Sabine)
I'm a big Captain Slow fan, for the record.

They play post rock on this show sometimes, so it gets my approval.

I'd watch it more often if Jeremy Clarkson wasn't such a huge douche.

Top Gear is really the only sort of environment I could stand Jeremy Clarkson in, and even then it's a bit much. But I do enjoy Top Gear, despite not giving a shit about cars in general. It's just watching a bunch of boymen dicking about with cars, which is pretty entertaining.

I fucking love Top Gear. Clarkson's a dick but I sort of like him.
May is clearly the best.

I'll never understand what kind of enjoyment anyone can get out of watching middleaged men behaving as if their balls haven't dropped yet. I think it's a sad indictment of the population as a whole that this is one of the best watched shows in the country
