1372 Overton Park rules, can't stop listening.
Never seen them live, but they're touring in Oct. Would go, but I feel like the crowd would all be bros. Insight?

Last time I came to town I missed em. I heard it was a really good show.
I saw them maybe a year or two before that and they put on a, well, really good show. I'd say just expect a lot of drunk people, but that might be a given. I dunno. I know when I saw them I think everyone was drinking whiskey.
I don't have their new cd yet, or the new Chuck Ragan one for that matter. But yeah, I think the show will be good for ya.
edit: random sidenote, but Across the River is an amazing song and I can't listen to it without getting some sort of emotional response.

I saw them with The Hold Steady. I don't have any of their stuff but they put on a good show.

I love these guys, though I only have rebels, rogues... and that much further west. Need to pick up the new one.

I snagged Tennessee from the upload forum last night. I really like it, and I can relate to the lyrics so much it's scary.

"Nights Like These" is the main one I can relate to on Tennessee. That Much Further West has a bunch of songs I can really connect with, too.

When I was completely heartbroken this time last year, it was Tennessee all day every day. The new album is so good too. I just really love this band.
I want to go see them this month but it's expensive. Wahh.

I just woke up from a five hour Nyquil sleep only to take more and head back to sleep. I feel like shit, but I decided to check out this thread before I did.
Kristin, you have how good it's going to feel to fall asleep listening to this. Thanks!

New album took about two listens for me to really enjoy. I really like this new sound they have and I love how Ben's vocals sound on this album, but I can live without the horn section on a lot of the songs.

THE HORNS ARE WHAT MAKE IT GREAT. But I love Springsteen and the major complaint I'm hearing about the horns are that it makes the album sound too Springsteen-y.
