Y: The Last Man is pretty good.Towards the end though it gets kind of, "Wha? Really?" But pretty good overall.

I just skimmed through a release called "Mary Jane and Friends' poster book." The entire thing is just two-sheet length posters of random Marvel pieces, mostly Spidey related. Makes for some good, cheap wall art.

I walked 2 miles to the comic shop today and it was fucking closed. I don't know if this is a permanent closure or whatever, but it was really bloody inconvenient to me as today was the day I'd finally decided to pick up some good shit from the last three months. I need to read the last two issues of Morrison's Batman & Robin! And Blackest Night.
I haven't read comic books for such a long time. Makes me sad.
I never finished Y. Got up to vol. 8 in trades I think. I guess now would be a good time to re-read and finish them off.

I finished Y, and I loved every second of it until the last issue which I just didn't get. Ex Machina is looking like it's going to have about the same wrap up, which is sad because it's also been perfect since it started.
Spider-Woman is really exciting, if it turns out to be half as good as Alias I'm sure I'll love it.
I think Blackest Night is beyond terrible. And so is BN: Batman. However, Geoff Johns is doing one good thing right now, Superman: Secret Origins is pretty enjoyable. I have an endless tolerance for Superman's origin story, it never gets old to me for some reason.
