Seeing if Dunder Mifflin was legit?
I dunno...I don't really like clip shows, and feel like they're indicative of a show losing steam. They should just wrap up the show already.

Clip shows are a product of a time in television when people couldn't own entire seasons on DVD or download them on their computer. I don't really know what the writers were thinking here. They may as well title the episode, "Skip this one on the DVD."

I'm happy they showed the whole Bears. Beats. Battlestar Galactica, but disappointed there was no DWIGHT YOU IGNORANT SLUT.

I did actually have a little tear in my eye when they showed Pam saying she was over Jim and she hoped he was happy and then he burst in and asked her out, but I don't need a clipshow. I have youtube.

Last week's episode had me laughing more than most of this season so far! I also don't really mind the Erin/Andy dance.

I just watched the wedding episode, and I still cried like a baby at the whole Maid of the Mist thing.
And more recently, every time my coworker brings her Great Dane in, all I can think of is "Don't ride them."

SPOILERSSS
I called it that it wasn't their baby when she started breast feeding the baby and it was too easy. Jim trying to push the other baby back was priceless. Jim freaking out over making her go to the hospital was adorable.
Dwight throwing the sword and axe out his car window was pretty amazing too.
Michael has been too over the top lately though.

Loved it.
MORE SPOILERS
Yeah, we called it not being their baby too.
Jim freaking out was SO cute. "5-7 minutes... 5-7 minutes... 6 minutes. Different, but not really."
Agreed about Dwight disposing of the weapons and about Michael. He was driving me insane.
And FINALLY with Andy and Erin. I figured it was going to happen this episode, but finally. It was so cute, too.

Andy and Erin was the highlight for me. But props to Kevin, especially for his megafeast!
And Dwight, holy shit, what a player. Good god.

I still laugh every time I think about Jim putting the diaper on Angela's cat.
"I can't find my dictionary!" "I'm sure the hospital will provide a dictionary. You should bring a thesaurus."

It got picked up for a 7th season by NBC. I have to say, I'm not thrilled about that. They should pack it up after this season, I just don't know where else they can go with the show.

Definitely agree with the show losing steam. Now Jim and Pam are happy etc... it doesn't seem like there's a lot holding the show together. Their whole "will they/won't they" relationship was kinda the driving force behind the earlier seasons. Or at least that's what it seemed like.
watching the credits at the start always makes me think how young everyone looks.
Anyway, the birth episodes were great. I have no idea what those two ladies see in Dwight, and the way Andy finally asked Erin out was so sweet.
I really want an ultra feast. It sounds glorious.

All of their jobs become redundant and it follows them around as they navigate unemployment. Somebody give me my Emmy. I just made this show relevant again.

Clip shows are a product of a time in television when people couldn't own entire seasons on DVD or download them on their computer. I don't really know what the writers were thinking here. They may as well title the episode, "Skip this one on the DVD." it's actually a financial decision. when the cost of production exceeds the amount of episodes expected that can be produced at that price, some shows will do a clip show to balance out costs. makes sense the office would do it around this season since the cost of paying the actors is pretty high now one of the reasons why the simpsons has had so many clip shows through the first 10 years was because the cost of animation for the episodes was really expensive until they went to computer animation.

A huge wtf to the foster brother thing, though. I have a foster brother and dude we do NOT act like that. My lands. Nothing on earth would make me semi-affectionately smell his feet.
