Today is Doomsday. Maybe I'll actually get to listen to it all the way through.
It's kinda weird, but "Devil In Stitches" is growing on me.

I like it a lot, but not more than New Maps of Hell. Still, always nice to have yet another BR album.

I think this album is a HUGE improvement over New Maps and possibly my favorite since Gray Race. I'm really glad it has more variation than most of their albums
Highs: Won't Somebody, I Won't Say Anything Lows: Where the Fun Is, "I know what's wrong and I know what's right and I know that evil exists sure as day turns into night"

How are you guys liking this one track a day tribute album thing? I think Frank Turner's My Poor Friend Me was pretty cool. I can't wait for them to put out whatever Ted Leo did.

The Frank Turner and PBC club covers are awesome. The T&S one was terrible in my opinion. It just feels so unnatural and forced like they were doing everything they could to make it sound different. It's a tribute album, not a "turn songs into your own" album. The Ted Leo one should be fucking awesome. I can't wait. Anyone have any idea of who else is gonna be on it?

I just didn't like how the vocals were sung like a robot was singing them.

I love how much the first line of We're Only Gonna Die sounds like "Early Man walked away, and Spider-Man took control."

Cobra Skulls' Give You Nothing was decent, but I'm waiting for something really off the wall. Like a Dillinger Escape Plan quadruple speed version of All Good Soldiers maybe.

Listened to the album yesterday at work, thought it was a little slow-paced. I need to give it a better listen today.

Where is that one song a day thing you're talking about?

Ted Leo was way cool.
Is Generator produced to have the drums and vocals way louder than the guitars or am I doing something wrong with my speakers?

I'm seriously contemplating selling some old CDs and DVDs or something to afford it.
I'm so giddy.
Mostly, I'm giddy because they said they'd never rerelease ITU. And that means that give 'em a little time and ITU will be available on CD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My original avatar got taken down apparently.
Hopefully the owner of the server didn't run out of money. Either that, or Ted DiBiase bought him out to erase any indication he was ever in a tag team with IRS.

Son of a bitch. I'm not sure I'll be able to stop myself from buying that. I'm torn, because I already have almost every BR album on vinyl (and some, like Generator, took a bit of tracking down/money)... but then again it would be so nice to have the box set. Ugh, everyone's going to be selling their individual BR albums now though so the market will be flooded if I try to do so to raise the funds.

But you'll have Into the Unknown on Wax...
The more I think about it, the more I kinda want that box set.

Ha, I'm on the other boat: I have zero BR albums on vinyl, so this would be a great way to get everything in one fell swoop without having to hunt down everything. That's a lot of money for me right now, though.
