Haven't watched The X Files in a while, so I just started it back up since I can't sleep anyways. Such a damn good show.

I'm gonna watch that.. eventually. I started The Walking Dead first instead and at first the constant terribleness annoyed me but now I live for it. The last episode I finished was the one with the two sisters with Carol, Tyrese, and Judith at the pecan farm. Just devastating, it was so good. And oh man, the barn in season two? Fantastic. Everything is awful.

I am still too upset from season 1 of The Walking Dead to continue. I am probably missing out a bit, but I loved the way the story went in the comics too much.
Edit: I also realized that I have never watched every X Files episode and there are 202 episodes, sooo this is going to be a great couple of weeks. I am loving it way more now that I'm a bit older and I fucking love conspiracy and alien stuff. The skeptic/believer dynamic between Scully and Mulder is also so fantastic.

I'm all caught up on You're The Worst. I like it. Also someday I will watch the X-Files, too.

Just watched the first few episodes of Master of None and the hype is legit. I'll probably have it finished by the end of the weekend.

We're planning on getting down with that. I'm not a huge Aziz Ansari fan, but Parks and Rec kinda won me over.
But in other news BLACK BOOKS IS BACK ON NETFLIX. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT AND NOTHING HURTS.

Yeah we started watching it, I think it's great. Plus Joshua Tillman was on it for like three seconds in the episode we watched last night.

Mr. Selfridge! I heart soapy BBC shows, and Piven is actually tolerable in this show.
On that note, what the fuck is the obsession with WWI-era dramas?

David Tennent in Jessica Jones is fucking terrifying. We binged the whole season. Sooo awesome. Except Jessica reminds me so much of Echo from Dollhouse and I couldn't get used to not seeing Eliza Dushku hahaha.

I just started Zoo which is super fascinating to me.

Season six of Parenthood was added to Netflix, yassss. I don't think I've ever met anyone who watched that show but I think it's great. It's dramatic but not melodramatic and it's got great acting and a lot of heart.
And I was almost through re-watching the first three seasons of Arrested Development, which is funny because Ron Howard is an executive producer on Parenthood, and Mae Whitman (her?) is also in it.

Yeah it still gets me too hahahah. I watched three eps tonight and got choked up a couple times. I hate Amber with everything in me (I don't like Mae Whitman so it might be partly that, but I hate the "constantly screwing up you have to let me be me you can't tell me what to do" character in any show). In love with Joel though.

Hahah I like Amber but I totally get it. Why is Drew so much wiser than her? IT MAKES NO SENSE. Listen to your brother, GOD DAMN.
edit: omg seriously why doesn't any listen to Drew EVER? poor kid wtf.

We finished watching any episode of TNG worth watching, so we started DS9. Which is actually kind of better. But what's really weird is now I'm the same age as Julian Bashir. WHAT.

No one I talk to has watched the season premiere of Sunny and it's killing me haha. I am really looking forward to the rest of this season now. Frank's flag was something I saw coming from a mile away, but it still made me laugh for like a minute straight with the whole presentation. "I didn't know it was gonna come off like that!" "I'm pretty sure you did!"
Also I love how everyone is being amped up to 11 and they are bringing back some old tropes. Dennis is slowly descending and coming off more as a serial killer, Mac is still... Mac, Frank tried super hard to get the gang to take any of his ideas and went to the lengths to pay someone to fool them again, Charlie got blackout drunk and got verbally abused by the waitress and Dee is still a stupid bird.

Mozart in the J ungle! It's funny too, Ben was first making fun of me because he thought I only wanted to watch it because of the "cute guy" (Gael Garcia Bernal), and I mean, a part of it was that. Now he's the one that couldn't wait to watch the next episode hahah.

Edit: I'd never heard of the show, but I looked it up and I'm totally going to watch it.
