Fucking bummer man. It'll be good laughs if Matty Leinart does well for us though.

I'm betting on the Broncos to win. I think the Jets come up just short and the world proclaims Tebow the best-worst QB ever. We have a winner.

Did anyone see his post-game interview with Rich Eisen and crew? Could anyone use the word "believe" anymore? GOOD LORD HE IS SO DAMN PURE.
Go get laid, Tebow. I think it'll settle down your creepy touchdown rage/celebration.
My husband now calls them the Denver Tebows. I hope this catches on.
I was honestly worried for the Pack on Monday (last Vikings game got close!) but jeeeez. I am worried about the Lions though. For realz!

Cowboys have a HUGE opportunity now. Our next two games are Miami and Arizona. The Giants' next two are Green Bay and New Orleans. If we blow this...

If the Dolphins win again, I will laugh so fucking hard. No offense, Nick.

Honestly, it does smell like a trap game. It's a short week against a hot team with a solid defensive line and running game.

Pretty sure that the Dolphins signed Marshall as a distraction with no intent to ever throw to him. And it's working.
Lots of surprise talent on the Fins this year.
But seriously--yesterday's game--what the fuck, Bills?

The Bills have been on the downturn for awhile now.

How can one college have so many QBs in the NFL that just aren't that good? Boo on you, USC!

The best part was that Romo threw two picks, but neither had the slightest impact on the outcome of the game, yet on that second TD drive, he took big risks and made huge plays. I think he's taking big steps towards being the clutch QB I knew he was capable of being.
Anyways, fuck yeah having the division lead. I'm wearing my jersey to work tomorrow to celebrate.

that drive scared the shit out of me with those two consecutive throws could have easily have been picked, but goddamn was that TD throw incredible. he got hit hard but still got the ball out and on target. now they just gotta handle Arizona next week so we can come in with huge momentum for the game against the Giants.

I hate it when people refer to sports teams as "we". Especially when they don't live in the city where the team is based.
"We have the best defense in the league." "I'm going to be pissed if we lose."
Am I alone on this?
EDIT: Rule doesn't apply to college teams, but only if you attend(ed) the school.

I know some people who hate the "we" thing but I really don't give a shit.
It's weird how the Ravens have stepped up to the task against tough opponents (Pittsburgh twice, NYJ, Houston, San Fran) but have lost to some awful teams on the road (Jacksonville, Seattle). It's the opposite of the Ravens the last few years, haha. I think they can actually take the North but something tells me they'll shoot themselves in the foot again.

I'm an original PSL holder, my name is on the stadium (until they tear that homage down and replace it with some advertisement) and I've been there through nine terrible, terrible seasons - I feel totally secure in saying "we"
But ultimately, no harm no foul. Why would I care how someone else referred to their relationship with their favorite sports team?

Errm what if you never had a chance to have a team from your exact city? I'm from SD so I can't feel a connection to a team? I think it's silly sometimes to talk about everything as "we" but I do say it in passing like "i dont know if we can win this week." /shrug.

Or, I don't know if "we" can win with our third string QB now running the show.

Man, I hate the NFL/Texans. They just notified us we have to pay the full price for two playoff games at what ends up being a 25% markup over the regular season.
Then, its not refundable if they don't actually play the games. We just get a credit against our 2012 season tickets.
Haven't they heard we're starting former Despair Faction board member TJ Yates?? Of course we're not going to host two playoff games!

Sell the playoff tickets. I'm sure there will be many people who ill want to see Jake Delhomme ruin another team's playoff hopes.

Anyways, Justy, are you on the "Donovan should take over the Texans" bandwagon? I like the guy but am unsure. I am seriously so glad we get NFL network. Rich Eisen, Mooch, and Deion make my life these days. I'm so in love with Deion it's not even funny.

I can't stand the NFL Network guys. All they do is argue and talk over each other during highlight packages. It's good entertainment but not the best analysis, haha.

yeah. But I find it much more enjoyable than ESPN (Ditka is senile). At least they are funny...the rest are just annoying.

Packers/Giants was one of the better games I've watched this year. Aaron Rodgers has to have the MVP locked up by now.
