I've resisted saying it for weeks but I fucking love Cam Newton.

I will be so excited for you guys if you pull this out. Good to see Legedu Naanee catching some balls. Why'd it take so long? Please, tell me, I haven't had the chance to watch Panther games much.

Naanne is terrible. Newton throws to him a lot because he gets open but he can't catch a damn thing throw his way. Today's been a good day for him though.
I'm so nervous right now.

Just saw that Charlie Whitehurst is in the Seahawks game and it's tied. What the fuck happened there?

I have no idea. I'm just glad that picking up Victor Cruz in late rounds is coming to fruition for me. And... ugh, frickin Pierre Thomas.
I liked Naanee last year when he came in for all the San Diego injuries. Thought he improved a lot. So much for that.

and we come up short again thanks to the defense and a couple of terrible miscues. At what point do I stop thinking "Hey, at least this is better than last year!"
Oh, and fuck the Saints. Them and their shitty fanbase can fucking rot.

the Bucs are just getting embarrassed by the 49ers right now. Josh Freeman is awful and he's really killing me in fantasy, i hate when the bye weeks start.

I think the Bronco fans might finally get their Tim Tebow start. He definitely had problems in this game, but he at least got them close to victory.

Vick threw four picks, and Eli had three. Yet I bet people won't harp on it for weeks like they do with Romo.
Yes, I'm being a whiny homer. Zero fucks.

I missed all of the late games. The Tampa score shocked me when I saw it.

OK, I'll admit I wasn't fully paying attention but it seemed to me that at the 2 minute warning, San Diego was 1st and 10 and Denver had 0 timeouts. Is that right?

I missed all of football yesterday (except like 20 minutes of the NY/SEA game) because I was flying all day. Didn't get to see my Pack either!
I'm excited for Buffalo...I find it so hilarious that they beat the Eagles.
And yes, Nick, the media/Dallas in general is harsher on Romo. I hate the Cowboys but it's odd how much they attack him
Detroit game is..interesting? I was in Detroit yesterday...well, the airport, and there was SO much Lions stuff for sale. Good for them.

I just want Detroit's defense to eat Jay Cutler alive. Is that too much to ask?

Fuuuuckin awful. The pick to end the game was in our endzone, too.
I hate the Raiders so so much.

Cutler looked like a skittish dog in the pocket last night. He made some great plays, though. Dude would be elite if he had a real O-line and slightly better receivers.

It's Tebow time! I want actually pick him up in fantasy; Josh Freeman has been killing me! At least that conversation can find some decision finally: either he loses horribly or proves his college worth.

Tebow's first start is in Miami where they are "honoring" the 2009 Florida Gators team. What are the odds of that? lol

Yeah, he'll take over once Matt Moore throws his shoulder out again.

Haha. Moore and Rosenfels have a combined 7000 career yards.
This is totally off topic, but I laugh every time I see the dude who's last name is Incognito.

Ritchie Incognito is also known as one of the league's dirtiest players. Or at least he was in St. Louis.
Possibly no Julio Jones, Roddy White or Tony Gonzalez for Atlanta this week. Makes me like our chances a little more but I have a feeling that Turner is going to carve our defense...again.

This Jets/Dolphins game is unwatchable. Speaking of which, who came up with this year's MNF schedule? Were they huffing paint thinner? Here's what we have to "look forward to" the rest of the season:
Ravens vs. Jaguars Chargers vs. Chiefs Bears vs. Eagles Vikings vs. Packers Chiefs vs. Patriots Giants vs. Saints Chargers vs. Jaguars (TWO Jacksonville games? REALLY?) Rams vs. Seahawks (*eats gun*) Steelers vs. Niners Falcons vs. Saints
There's, like, three watchable games on that entire slate. Yeesh.

i'm lolling at the Jets terrible season so far because three guys i know are the most conservative/racist dbags and huge Jets fans. two of them are also "boycotting" MNF because of Hank Williams's firing. the first quarter and a half was pure schadenfreude for me seeing them flip out via facebook.
