Mean Creek was great. Agreed on Rory.
Just watched SE7EN for the first time in years. Such a good film. Thanks, IFC!

The United States of Leland. The critics were really harsh on it when it came out so I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a little bit convoluted, but the cast really held it together and kept me from losing interest.

I saw it too. There was a lot they could have left out, but I thought it was overall a decent movie.
I also watched Charlie Bartlett. I've been meaning to see it for a while and now I'm really glad I did. Great movie.

It's about to be Rock and Roll High School again because a band I saw last night played a few Ramones songs and I was loving it.

Hard Candy. I was expecting an awkward teen comedy like Juno, oops.

Watched Memento again, but at an IHOP. Kinda ruins the atmosphere of the movie, ya know? I also watched Charlie Bartlett. I've been meaning to see it for a while and now I'm really glad I did. Great movie. Good to hear a positive review, I've wanted to see it since it came out.

I watched Funny People last night. It was mediocre and I want to do Judd Apatow's wife so bad.

I caught Zombieland a few nights ago.
I liked it. It's a great fun movie. It's not life affirming or genre bending, but if you've got an hour and a half or so to kill, it's a pretty damn fun way to go about it.

Am I the only one that thought Zombieland was really bad? It was so fucking lame at some parts, I cringed every time he said "nut up or shut up".
I want to see Moon.

Nice. Anyone who says the extended version/ending is too long can kiss my ass. I love every minute of that movie.
