Currently jamming to Trapped Under Ice. I didn't think that much of them when I first heard them, but something (maybe the lyrics) has recently made me fall in love with them.
Also been listening to a lot of Rotting Out, Dangers, Negative Approach, Trash Talk, and Ceremony. Angry, angry shit.

STEPHIE. HIGH FIVES AND HUGS.
And I listened to those bands earlier. All really good. I think Not Sorry might be my favorite, but Sixes were really good and Marrow blew me away too.

I don't listen to much Hardcore, but I love Have Heart. Songs to Scream at the Sun > The Things They Carry in my opinion.

I saw them the other night. Fucking amazing. I kind of agree that STSATS>TTWC, but TTWC is a much more "live" album, y'know? I think P Flynn's writing went way fucking above and beyond on STSATS though.

Also, more melodic hardcore, but fucking Crime In Stereo. I'm so incredibly stoked that I got to see them and was on stage for a bit to sing with Kristian. So rad.

Currently listening to Comeback Kid. The band that got me into hardcore, and still near and dear to me.

I've been rocking Negative Approach's "Total Recall" very heavily lately. Also, Marrow totally kicks ass.

Did anyone like All Bets Off? I'm not sure how well-known they were outside of the bay area, but with Sammy (the singer) being such good friends with Davey, I wouldn't surprised if some non-bay people have heard of them. Definitely the best hardcore band to come out of the bay.

It doesn't get better than Poison Idea for me. Other favorites are Zeke and some borderline powerviolence stuff like Infest.
