Arya I love you so much but I groaned so hard at "most girls are idiots." Please don't special snowflake her GoT . How on earth do people find anything romantic between Sandor and Sansa like how fucked up can you be. I really liked this episode. It was short on really annoying people (no Littlefinger OR Joffrey!). Everything going on in Qarth that wasn't Dany speaking was good. I'm glad they wrote her at least a line or two of sympathy for all the dead Dothraki in the last episode. Brienne of Tarth being straight is a crime . The burned bodies at the end were horrific, I think that's the worst thing I've seen yet in this show. I think I'm like missing the point every time Catelyn goes to talk to Jaime. Not the point for the plot as a whole, but like, what is her purpose every time, to piss herself off? Does she ever learn anything from him?

I really liked that episode. To get it out of the way, things I really didn't like: a repeat viewing of Sansa's rape - flashes would have been sufficient, surely? Close ups on the burned, dismembered children were so unnecessary. The wide view was enough. Though I think I preferred the books severed head from a severe distance, though I can see why that wasn't done in show. But still. Jesus. And Arya's 'most girls are idiots' felt super out of character. I don't think she ever says anything like that in the books. Sounds like neckbeard catering.
Anyway, as for everything else I loved it. Sansa/Shae, Sansa/Cersei, Cersei/Tyrion all brilliant. Loved every single Jaime Lannister scene. Nikolaj Coster Waldau just nails him. And Brienne and Catelyn make my life. So excited for the storyline that's kicking off.
And a lack of Littlefinger was so good. I hate him in the series. And minimal Dany was good too, though that last scene with her finally started getting interesting. And it was nice that she eventually noticed her people had all been murdered.
Tanya, the first time Catelyn went to Jaime was to try and understand why he pushed Bran out the window, which I think she sees as starting most of the mess. This time she had a reason as well, but we haven't seen it yet.

It's hard to believe this season is so close to the end already? I'd kinda forgotten most stuff that happened in book 2 unless it's been brought up in later books but they've definitely nailed a lot of the good stuff.
I'm nearly at the end of A Dance With Dragons and I don't think I'm going to be able to cope.

Yeah, he's sort of impossibly noble in a way that almost no one else in the series is. TV Ygritte, on the other hand, is even more awesome than her book counterpart. Perfect casting.
This has been a great season for Cersei. Every scene with her and one other person has been fantastic.

Orlando Bloom of the Artic bores me tbh. HE ONLY HAS ONE FACIAL EXPRESSION Hahaha yes. Seriously though. His storyline bores me so much. The addition of Ygritte made it interesting, mostly because Ygritte is awesome.

"Shut up. I like girls. Keep walking. Shut up."
The boy and I are always imitating him 'cause the way he talks cracks us up. But I actually like his storyline! Well, first season I really did.. it's now just starting to pick up this season luckily.

Okay, after the last episode, I'm fairly convinced that this series IS NEVER GOING TO END.
Seriously! This isn't feasible!
And WHAT THE FUCK IS UP WITH THE FUCKING WARLOCKS??? Why did they even bother shoving that Daenerys bit in? AGH!

Okay, after the last episode, I'm fairly convinced that this series IS NEVER GOING TO END. There was a comment on an NYT article about Peter Dinklage where someone said that George R. R. Martin has been writing the books for 14 years and still there's no end in site, so how on earth they're gonna wrap up the series before he does is a big problem haha.

I read that Martin has told the show's producers how he's going to end the series in case he dies before he finishes the books.

And WHAT THE FUCK IS UP WITH THE FUCKING WARLOCKS??? Why did they even bother shoving that Daenerys bit in? AGH! They definitely shoehorned that in to satisfy the few people that actually care about her story right now. I seriously hope that Martin doesn't die before finishing the series.

Yeah then we're might end up with a Robert Jordan type thing. Which wasn't too bad but just felt so different in the style of writing.

I heard he was going to try and put out the books so that the book and TV series end at the same time. Which is unlikely given it took him ten years to do the last one, but with them chopping a few of the books in half over several series (thank god, this one was so rushed) there MIGHT be hope. Maybe.
I just need to know that Sansa lives happily ever after and nobody is ever horrible to her again. Give me that and I'll be fine.

Goddamn, the wildfire attack looked awesome and horrifying at the same time. You can tell they threw like 90% of their special effects budget for the whole King's Landing attack.
