The fact that I never saw NIN live kind of breaks my heart. Nonetheless, will always be one of my favorite bands.

TDS > The Fragile. Sorry.
It's weird. For my most played NIN tracks, most of them are from The Fragile. And I love the album. But if I to give up either of the two albums, that's the one I'd give up.

Sorry, didn't mean to bring the thread down or anything of the sort.
I can appreciate the musicianship of the band...but sometimes the lyrical content is a bit silly.
Anywhosits...don't worry about me. Just carry on.

My favorite song right now is Into the Void.
I personally like Year Zero a lot. Probably my favorite one. I like some of the songs off of TDS, but never really got into it.

Well, according to ONTD - and more importantly, Danny Lohner's twitter - he finally tied the knot this weekend.
Congrats are in order. If not a little jealously with it because good lawd I still say Q is smokin' hot.

I only say finally because in an interview done over the summer, he said that they were getting married in September. So when news hadn't broke yet, I'm all "Don't tell me the bastard chickened out. Not after all the shit that went down in May and June."

I'm listening to Burn right now and it's reminding me of the first time I listened to it. I was in my dad's truck and we were driving from home to my apartment, and I was so incredibly pissed off, frustrated, and miserable that day. And that song just made me want to RAGE, like grab the wheel and drive us straight into oncoming traffic just to see the explosion. Fuck, that was a bad day.

My laptop has been fully banned from both locations I work at - can't even use it for iTunes, because my boss is convinced that I'll sit on my laptop regardless of whether or not it's connected to the net. (He's a fucking idiot, no doubt.) So I had to haul in my uncle's portable cd player and my cd wallet. Which has both Year Zero and With Teeth in it. It's been a long while, a year or more, since I've listened to either one in their entirety; I usually just stick to my favorite songs or what was played at the shows I've been to.
I had forgotten just how hard Year Zero rocks. GOD. Such an amazing piece of work.
