Haha no worries Ben. If only the whole album would leak, I could REALLY be a provider.

Also debating going to either Chicago or St Louis since its the weekend and telling one of my work contacts that I'm spending the weekend at their house. Carrie, come with me. I'm down for St. Louis! I'm always down to go to new places. You're just giving me the proper excuses.

Ewww Upper Darby. What the fuck. And no NYC or Jersey date? What the fuck. Also debating going to either Chicago or St Louis since its the weekend and telling one of my work contacts that I'm spending the weekend at their house. Carrie, come with me. I know they're playing NYC on Halloween, but the tickets are expensive and I'm not sure if it's sold out or not.

I saw Tori Amos there (FIRE AWAY!) and I hate any venue where you sit down. that sucks.

T&S are so much better seated, it's so much less stressful. And there is less touching from fourteen year old girls.

I just don't want to sit down at a rock show, ever. it's like, the opposite of everything you should be doing.

Haha but it's not a rock show! I feel so awkward at GA Tegan and Sara shows, and you stand up pretty much the whole time, just in your little seated area.

they're a "rock" "band." I mean, if I am standing in a crowd seeing Pains Of Being Pure At Heart, it makes as much sense standing in a crowd for T&S.

Gah, April is so far away. But St. Louis concert will be happening for me. Last time they were here, I was about 2 weeks away from liking them. I was still in my "They're annoying lesbians with bad haircuts, I do not like them." stage at the time. Who's up for STL? The Pageant is a great venue.

Promo West Pavilion is an outside venue. I saw MCR there (YEAH WHAT OF IT). Not a fan. Newport's better.

I agree with you Tanya. Do you think in March it'll be outside? Or still in the inside portion?
Anyway, I saw Death Cab and Tegan and Sara there last October, and I should be at this Columbus date!

I like the Lifestyles Pavilion, so I'll probably be at that show. It's where I saw them last October, but this time around I probably won't be with any obnoxious ex girlfriends, so it'll be that much better.

Alright, I broke down and listened to Hell. I wasn't going to, I wanted the entire album to be fresh for me. But OH MY GOD ITS SO GOOD. Its like Tegan and Sara + An Horse had a baby. It's so fucking catchy. Now I want to hear a Sara song, because this one is obviously Tegan's. Sara's are usually my favorite.

Their Sydney show was seated and i somehow wound up with tickets in the front row, directly in front of Tegan. I was happy.

I may have to ask my mom to front me the money so I can get tickets when they go on sale Friday. ::embarrassed:: When my mom first heard about Tegan and Sara (through some magazine article or something that must have referred to their gay-ness/a lot of their fan base), she asked me, "Do a certain... kind of people go to Tegan and Sara shows?" Awkwaaard.

"yes, mom. a substantial portion of their fan-base are young people who wear tight pants. how nice of you to notice."
