Since it seems they've had more television shows than albums, I figure Katie is right and this is the best place for this thread, haha. I finished Super Junior Full House yesterday. Ending was sad, of course, but the last few episodes were absolute gold. Please posts lots of links to good places to watch / download stuff Mindy. Also embed lots of videos. I'm not even joking when I say I watch this every day. Always a classic.

i introduced my best friend to them the other day, and after we watched an episode of SHUPA JUNYA FOOL HAUSAH, she said "Can we watch that music video again? The one with the suits." PLEASE BE LESS SPECIFIC, JEEZ.
EDIT-Tanya that first video doesn't work for me, but I'm going to take a wild guess and say it's Sorry Sorry.
UNGH. LOVE THEM. OH MY, SHUPA GIRL somethingsomething BABY GIRL. Not my favorite subgroup but this song rules.

oh my god I love these dudes.
I honestly listen to Rokkugo at least once a day. I am actually currently watching it, before I opened this thread, hahaha. There are a bunch of 'making of' videos on youtube for it, but I'm waiting until I finish Full House because Full House is incredible.
Heechul and Eunhyuk are amazing. I don't think I can pick between them, though I think I am almost obsessed with Heechul. Tanya is an enabler.

I present to you the SuJu Discography Post complete with descriptions, downloads, and music videos! This better be utilized by more than like, three people. Part 1: The Main Group Notable Singles: Show Me Your Love (2005) - Three-song joint single with insanely popular boy band TVXQ (aka DBSK). The title song's rap lyrics were written by the fabulous, stunning, multitalented Heechul, Shindong, and Eunhyuk. U (2006) - Their first official single, with three tracks. Title track has typical cheesy boy band lyrics ("Cause I can't stop thinkin' boutcha girl~"). The girl is Yoona from SNSD (see below). Seoul (2009) - Joint single with adorable girl band Girls' Generation (aka SNSD) for promoting Seoul tourism. Let me tell you, I would tour the shit out of Seoul if I could witness Shindong as a traffic cop and dance around in the streets with Donghae. Albums: Vol. 1 - Super Junior 05 (2005) - This is like the epitome of boy band album. It's not good at all, and yet it's awesome because it's SuJu. TWINS - Features CGI fire and Heechul being Cinderella/really scary. Miracle - Life couldn't get better~~~Vol. 2 - Don't Don (2007) (repackage with A Man In Love, its remix, The Girl is Mine, and a new version of Marry U included) - A significant improvement from Vol. 1 in terms of quality and cheese factor, but still pretty lolzy. But I love this album, JSYK. Don't Don - More fire, but a new and improved bad boy style. Features plenty of hip thrusting, Final Fantasy-esque hair, and a cameo appearance by Henry, fierce violinist. My future wedding song (not really). The girl is Yoona. Again. Vol. 3 - Sorry, Sorry (2009) (plus the repackage that has It's You + three other new songs) - The album that made them like a gajillion times more popular than they ever were before. It's pretty hot. Sorry, Sorry - I am fairly certain most people who are aware of Super Junior know the choreography to this song. That includes airline employees, inmates, and stormtroopers (there's one with cops too but I can't find it). It's You - Frequently MIA member Kibum makes an appearance for the first time in a while, utilizing his *~acting skills~* and wearing an ugly shirt with a giant butterfly on it. Also: Eunhyuk plays a heartbroken vandal and Heechul a badass biker. Miscellaneous: Dancing Out (2006) - This song appears on the 2006 SMTown Summer compilation. It screams summer and good times! Happiness (2007) - From the 2007 SMTown Summer compilation. It has the magical ability to instantly cure you of all your woes. Wonder Boy (2007) - From the soundtrack of Super Junior's debut film, Attack on the Pin-Up Boys. COULD BE my favorite MV of theirs. Also on this soundtrack is Are You Ready? a TRAX (they don't look like that anymore but lol) cover song performed by angelvoice Yesung. There's no MV, but the song has screaming, so it's totes worth downloading! Screaming? In my K-pop? It's more likely than you think. One Love (2008) - Performed by Eunhyuk and K.R.Y during SuJu's first tour, Super Show I. The MV is just a compilation of concert clips and stuff, but I'm including it because I love this song. Carnival (2009) - This one is from the 2009 SMTown Summer mini compilation. There's no MV because SM Entertainment is cheap and was (and still is) going through a lot of drama, but I couldn't not include this. I don't know why it's called Carnival, because it's about a beach party on a "coconut island," but whatever. And I have to throw in Seaside, a SuJu, DBSK and SHINee (another boy band) joint song (also on the 09 summer comp), because it's the funniest shit I've ever heard. Unfortunately another lame concert clip compilation MV. Finally, why not have their Super Show 1 & 2 live albums? Super Show: Disc 1, disc 2Super Show 2: Disc 1, disc 2The Super Show DVD is available for watching here. The Super Show 2 DVD is expected to come out soon. Christ, that took a while. I'll be back soon with Part 2: The Subgroups.

SuJu Discography Part 2: The Subgroups SM Entertainment has created various Super Junior subgroups to showcase the members' various talents and demonstrate their ability to accommodate a variety of musical genres. Currently there are four subgroups with more to come in the future. So far, Kibum is the only member who hasn't been in a subgroup because he's too busy acting. Super Junior K.R.Y (Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, Yesung) - The first subgroup, established in 2006, is a trio formed by SuJu's supposed best singers. TBH I'm not really familiar with anything they've done because they sing mostly ballads and I'm not a big fan of ballads. They don't have any singles or albums and have only been featured on soundtracks and collaboration albums. But you should YouTube them or something because they have really pretty voices. Super Junior T (Trot) - Members: LT, HC, KI, SD, SM, EH (figure that out, I'm lazy). The second subgroup, which focuses on trot music (traditional Korean pop music) with a modern twist. They are incredible and I'm really sad that they only have one single. LET'S ALL HOPE FOR A COMEBACK SOON. Rokkugo - Korean single (2007 - three songs), Japanese single (2008 - two songs). Tanya already posted the fantastic Korean MV, so I'm putting the Japanese one here. Super Junior M (Mandarin) - Members: HG, SW, DH, KH, RW, Henry, ZM. The third subgroup, created to appeal to Mandarin speakers. For this group, two additional members who are not a part of the original 13, Henry and Zhou Mi, were recruited. Very popular in Mainland China and Taiwan, not so much Korea. SJ-M have temporarily disbanded after leader Han Geng filed a lawsuit to break his contract with SM Entertainment (because they are dickheads and use him as a cash cow and don't care about his health) in the midst of Super Girl promotions. WHYYY?!Me (2008) - Lots of great songs, but not without a healthy dose of cheese. Has some Mandarin remakes of past SuJu favorites as well as Korean versions of some of the new Mandarin tracks. U - Remake of SuJu's first single. Welp, at least the MV is an improvement. UNF. Me - Everything about this song/MV is wonderful and cute and happy. Super Girl (2009) - Their long-awaited first minialbum. Four new songs and Korean versions of the two singles. Super Girl - (This MV has already been posted too but whatev I can't leave this spot blank) The riveting tale of a nerdy Geng who transforms into a super cool guy to win the affections of Jessica (of SNSD) at what looks like a really small, but happening, house party. Blue Tomorrow - Really sad ballad. Watch Geng cry (perhaps from all the pain SM Ent has put him through). Super Junior H (Happy) - Members: LT, YS, KI, SD, SM, EH. The fourth subgroup, basically SuJu-T with Yesung instead of Heechul (and therefore a tad less crazy). Try to guess what style of music they do. Cooking? Cooking! (2008) - Their only release, a minialbum. I really, really, really want more. Cooking? Cooking! - This song is about a girlfriend who loved to cook for her boyfriend, but her food was disgusting. Because he was a nice boyfriend, he never said anything and suffered through the disastrous meals. The girlfriend started taking cooking classes behind her boyfriend's back, and her food was delicious in no time! How sweet. The girlfriend is played by Sunny of SNSD. Pajama Party - Honestly now, who wouldn't want to be a part of this? Also I think this is the highest number of females (excluding fangirls) I've ever seen within a close proximity to SuJu. That's really a feat. ENJOY.

Okay so while Mindy is working on compiling the ~music~ side of this, I'm going to pretend I know enough about this fandom to compile some clips from TV shows. As far as I can tell, they’ve starred as themselves in FOURTEEN shows, with various numbers of members appearing. I’m only going to bother posting about ones with 6 or more members, which is conveniently half of those shows. Unfortunately there is a show called Super Junior's Music Diary that apparently doesn't exist on Youtube so fuck it. I’m going to throw in Explorers of the Human Body too since they were almost all on it. Some of them have also ~acted~ in a lot of TV series but I just cannot handle that right now. Super Junior Show (Dec. 2005 – Apr. 2006) Starring: Everyone but Kyuhyun. This was the first thing they ever did and there doesn't seem to be much on it anywhere. The way it seems to be described is that they go on different variety shows and do challenges... but... it's on this show instead? Lolwut. Mystery 6 (Mar. – May 2006) Starring: Everyone but Kyuhyun. Playlist here. "Mystery 6 was a Korean horror mockumentary that first aired March 30, 2006 featuring popular boyband Super Junior, with Lee Donghae as the central character. The show consists of hidden cameras, interviews, as well as a narrator "documenting" the group's journey in investigating the truth behind a former tenant's death in their apartment." I think I've seen a clip from this and it was pretty lulzy. Super Junior Full House (May – Aug. 2006) Starring: Everyone! I KNOW EMBEDDING IS DISABLED BUT IT'S WORTH THE CLICK JUST TO PREVIEW THIS SHOW. "Two female international students - Anya and Eva - arrive in Seoul, South Korea to do a home stay with Super Junior. While living with Super Junior, the two foreign students experience comedic adventures with the group and develop deep friendships." Watch it all here. Super Adonis Camp (May – Jul. 2006) Starring: Leeteuk, Hangeng, Yesung, Kangin, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Ryeowook This playlist seems to have the bulk of the show except the first episode, which is bothersome. I don't know what the hell this show is about. Super Junior Mini-Drama (Aug. – Sep. 2006) Starring: Everyone But Heechul and Hangeng (WORST IDEA EVER) "A variety game show hosted by the Korean boy band Super Junior where they would write, produce and star in their own drama series. ... Before each drama episode, the members will play games to determine which of two teams ... they will be part of. The winning team will get a bonus feature for their drama. Their performances are judged and rated online, and at the end whichever team gets the most points receives a vacation to Japan." So basically they left out Heechul because all he ever does is make up fairytales and cast himself as the lead role so clearly he would have dominated. Playlist here.Idol World (May – Jun. 2007) Starring: Leeteuk, Heechul, Kangin, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk As best I can figure, each season a band hosts this show, and a less popular band comes on each week and they.. do shit? Talk? IDEK. Watch here.Explorers of the Human Body (Nov. 2007 – Feb. 2008) Starring: Everyone~~ According to Wikipedia, "the show's aim was to answer curious questions about the human body, where the Super Junior members perform the answers by doing experiments with their own bodies." Sounds freaky. Playlist here.

It's fun discovering vast new pop cultural landscapes you never knew existed! Seriously, though! It's weird when you think about how enormously famous some people are in their home countries but no one outside of it knows who they are. This is kinda obvious but still. That last gif is the best. It's all about that "awww yeahhh" head shake.

Unintentional lolz (I mean, besides some of their music videos). Section 1: Pre-debut photos Heechul and Jessica (SNSD). I think she punk'd him. Leeteuk and Sungmin... what is this I don't even- Yesung, Yunho (DBSK), Heechul. Got milk? Kyuhyun being himself. Heechul in some teen magazine many years ago. It's kind of like a personal ad. It says he's not interested in girls, and that he wants an email penpal because he's lonely. LOL. Donghae, love the casual pose and blur effect. Kibum what is your hair. Kangin before his bar fighting, hit-and-run days. Siwon... what a stud. Section 2: Poor use of English LOL Kangin *~Actions are more prection than words~* Wow Kangin just can't catch a break. Section 3: Audition tapes HAHAHA SUNGMIN WHAT. Donghae doesn't want no scrubs. Heechul, the most talented dancer this world has ever laid eyes on.
